health and diet

Diet means knowing how much to eat and what to eat. Now a days life is so hactic that one is not having time for healthy routine. so what I recomand is one must have a healthy eating habbits. our diet suppliments must have all the ingrediates which are nessasary in our life.
Mordern lfe style is not healthy life style, as we are taking junkfood very much. Obesity is a prime problem in young generation. As we know that the working shedules are so hectic that we realy do't get time for our healths.and slowly we keep increasing our obesity and perpetualy this
stats causing lot many problems like sugar , High blood pressure, high chalostrole. and many more.
so if we contol our life style we can save our self from many diseses.
